From the moment we arrived, everything felt cozy, peaceful, and thoughtfully put together. The scenery was incredible — a favorite moment was morning coffee at the dining table taking in the views. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. The Pac-Man table was such a fun, nostalgic touch!
Absolutely breathtaking location. The peaceful, relaxing nature was exactly what we were looking for. The amenities were perfect — the gaming table, hot tub and beautifully appointed kitchen. Can't say enough about the hosts, Daniel and Betsy. They really cared about us; it felt like friends.
An ideal launching point for Pikes Peak, Royal Gorge, rafting and Garden of the Gods — yet private and a great break from everyday chaos. The cabin was clean and the hosts were some of the best communicators we've experienced. We'd recommend this spot to anyone.
A true hidden gem. Extremely clean and peaceful. We saw wildlife during our stay, and the hot tub was the cherry on top with a little snow falling. Every amenity was in perfect working order and the kitchen is very well stocked. We will definitely be back!
The location is private, the wildlife abundant, and the cabin has everything you could need — so many thoughtful amenities, especially for parents with young children. The arcade game gave us hours of entertainment. Betsy & Dan always responded quickly and made sure everything went smoothly.
The house was as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. Best part was a private location, but close enough to do all kinds of activities with the kids in Manitou Springs and Woodland Park. If you're reading this — book this place.
Incredibly clean — it looked brand new, with beautiful finishes and everything you'd need. Fans in every room, robes and games in the closets, towels for the hot tub. The windows and skylight let in so much natural light and views of nature all around. We'll definitely be back!
The two levels worked perfectly for us. The boys loved the arcade, the games and the space to play. The hot tub was clean and lovely to use, and the kitchen is well supplied with everything you could need. Close to Divide but wonderfully peaceful and quiet.

To keep our mountain haven pristine, this is a strictly pet-free and smoke-free property. A $300 specialized cleaning fee applies if evidence of either is found.
Hydration and sunscreen help you acclimate at altitude. A/C isn't needed up here — enjoy the crisp mountain air, with fans provided to circulate the cool evening breeze.
In the Pikes Peak region we take wildfire safety seriously. Outdoor wood-burning fires are prohibited; please enjoy the provided gas firepit instead.
The long, winding driveway is unpaved. Jun–Oct: 4WD isn't necessary, but expect bumpy dirt roads — drive slowly. Nov–May: a 4WD/AWD vehicle is highly recommended; we plow after 2" of snowfall. ATVs, UTVs, and trailers are not permitted on the property.
We're located in a peaceful community of full-time residents, so we observe quiet hours to respect our neighbors and the local wildlife.
